WolfPack has been conducting residential home inspections and commercial property inspections since 1993. We are highly experienced and qualified in conducting all types of property inspections, including pre-purchase inspections for buyers, pre-sale inspections for sellers, inspections of new homes, and general homeowners inspections when you just want to confirm the condition of your home. We also work with qualified partners to conduct specialized technical reports as needed.

Pre-purchase Buyer Inspection Pre-purchase situations have time constraints. The WolfPack Team is committed to quickly providing you with the inspection you need when you need it. A WolfPack Inspector will conduct the thorough evaluation of your prospective investment according to a comprehensive Standards of Inspections ( Standards-of-Inspection.pdf (82 downloads) .) Single family homes and condominiums have different requirements. We tailor the inspection to ensure it covers the specific items for the type of property you are considering.

New Home Inspection New homes require specialized inspection services to identify any concerns and protect your investment. While new homes are covered by a warranty, we can inspect and test the home for assorted issues that you either wouldn’t think of or don’t have time too. These issues can be addressed BEFORE you move in or before there is an issue, saving you time and hassle. We also focus on providing you preventative maintenance suggestions (so that new home will stay great looking for longer) and be more comfortable.

Commercial Inspections In addition to residential inspection, The WolfPack Team is also specialized in commercial properties such as restaurants, factories, offices, or studio..etc. Our goal is to identify any major/minor issues and ensure that all working space are safe to operate. Seller Inspection As a seller or realtor of a potential listing, we can inspect the property to help you sell it faster and more effectively. A pre-sale inspection helps you stay in control through the completion of the transaction by avoiding the risk of some unexpected finding at the last minute that could easily have been managed early in the transaction. Much like pre-certified used cars, these are becoming more common in our local market (and are much more common in other areas of North America).

Homeowners Inspections We help homeowners to learn about the current condition of their homes. An independent inspection by an inspector that does not complete repairs can help save you money by prioritizing maintenance and maximizing the lifecycle of various components of the home.

Technical Audits A visual inspection may not meet your specific needs. In these cases, we work with our partners trained in the specific areas you need for an even more in-depth inspection.

Radon Screening  (30 to 90 minutes) NOT A RADON TEST.  Only purpose is to identify EXTREMELY HIGH RADON levels if present at time of inspection.
